• Bookings cannot be cancelled; may be amended at least 48 hours before the arrival date
• Gift certificate / e-voucher must be surrendered upon check-in; non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or whole, or used as rebates
• Transferable but not for resale; lost certificates shall not be replaced

How to redeem?
• Present a copy of the printed certificate or e-voucher upon check-in. Failure to present it will require guests to settle room charges at the prevailing Best Available Rate.
