First Sip of Ber: The Season’s First Christmas Cocktails in BGC

The festive line-up pours from September 11, with buy-one-take-one Starlight Spritz every Friday, 5–8PM.

Someone has to pour the season’s first Christmas cocktail in BGC. The Canary intends to be it. From September 11, the First Sip of Ber line-up reads like a Noche Buena table in glassware: the Starlight Spritz with its backlit star garnish, a Tsokolate Old Fashioned built on tablea and bourbon, a Bibingka Sour of coconut rum, calamansi, and brown butter, and an Ube Pandan Colada. Designated drivers get the Ginger Glow. Groups get the Christmas Sangria by the pitcher, and the undecided get the Festive Flight — four minis of the collection.

Every Friday in September (11, 18, 25), the Starlight Spritz goes buy-one-take-one from 5 to 8PM. Come for the first sip, stay for the bar bites: queso de bola croquettes, hamon and cheese sliders, bibingka bites. Pair it with Grill & Glow on the same deck and Friday takes care of itself.
