Three Filipino Christmas classics and one giftable indulgence — at the Patisserie all October, with corporate pre-orders for November–December delivery.

The traditions. The Bibingka Cheesecake — baked cheesecake on a coconut-rice bibingka base, salted egg and cheese on top — by the slice, whole, or as a corporate gift with a card. The Classic Cheesy Ensaymada continues, now joined by the Vigan Ensaymada, in singles and boxes of 4 or 6.

The gift. New: Almond Praline Chocolates — whole roasted almonds in crisp praline, enrobed three ways: Belgian milk (the classic), White with a touch of sea salt, and Caramel with a soft butterscotch note. By the piece, in single-flavor boxes of 6, or the Trio Box of 12.

The grand gesture. The Heritage Gift Box: a whole Bibingka Cheesecake or ensaymada box of 6, plus a Praline Trio Box, with gift card. One pre-order, three traditions — corporate deliveries run November 15 to December 23, and pre-orders are open now.
