I had a really pleasant stay here. The location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around easy in BGC. The hotel overall is clean and comfortable, though there’s a slight smell around the check-in lobby and spa area, and the gym is smaller than expected. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping my room tidy and well-stocked. I’d like to give a shout-out to Nep from the restaurant for his professional and attentive service. He’s efficient, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I honestly think he deserves some recognition. Thanks to the team for making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful experience at F1 Hotel Manila, BGC! The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Our whole experience at this hotel was excellent! The rooms are very clean and housekeeping always did an excellent job at making up the room. The breakfast buffet has several options, my favorite was the variety of fruits, but it also has several regular breakfast items and an egg station and waffles/pancake station. We were very impressed by the waitstaff, they are always very friendly and accommodating, ask for Nep if you go, he really went out if his way, not just for us but for everyone he attended to. All the staff, from the moment you enter the door to the front desk to even the security guards, all greet you with warm smiles and they all truly embody the true Filipino hospitality that you won’t find in many hotels. This location is also only a 5min walk to St. Luke’s Medical Center and minutes walk to High Street, Market Market mall and SM Aura which has so many restaurants and stores. There is also a Landmark store right next to it which is a mini department store and a full grocery store. Excellent location and good value for the price!

Our stay at F1 was really nice. The staff there are very kind and they always help when you need something. I want to say thank you to Doy, who assisted us during our morning breakfast. He always asked us what we needed.

Nep continued to provide top-notch customer service, even after the breakfast time rush. Kudos to him as we were delighted with the quality of his service.

F1 Hotel Manila , located in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City, offers a sophisticated and professional setting for a business meeting. The function room we used was the Infinity Hall on the 2F. It can accommodate 100-150 pax with full table settings. Food served were all good although I find their fish fillet, a bit undercooked. Sound system was okay. Their staff were also good. Nice experience for this hotel!

We have had a great stay here in F1 Hotel, BGC. The location is really good & rooms are spacious. Breakfast daily has been a pleasure, different options to choose from and friendly and welcoming staff. Waiter Nep has been attending to us every morning and is very hospitable and attentive. This is our second time back to this hotel, and would definitely stay again next visit, as well as recommend to others.

We went here to celebrate our mom's 70th birthday the food selection is limited but take note the food are very delicious the seafoods are fresh the choices of food are great and the staffs courteous and helpful always attentive to your need special shoutout to Kim and Jericho for the top notch service. I visited this July with my baby and partner and we had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable and really spacious. Location is really good as well as food options in and out the hotel. The team were absolutely incredible, and the hotel is really family friendly, with activities and pools for children. We had a really lovely time and wanted to mention some of the team members that made our stay really special and hope to see again next time! Thank you to Nep, Warren, Jeffrey and the breakfast team especially the pancake and waffle man who our daughter made good friends with but we didn’t get your name (sorry)!

We felt so well taken care of the hospitality was warm and genuine. The ambiance was serene and elegant perfect for a relaxing dining experience. Dining here felt luxurious yet comfortable a wonderful balance. The setting was beautiful, with a great view and calming music it elevated the whole experience. This was more than just a meal it was an experience to remember. From start to finish, everything was flawless I’d love to come back again. I had a great experience at the F1 Hotel restaurant during their lunch buffet. The food selection was satisfying — a nice balance of Filipino classics and international dishes, with everything freshly prepared and flavorful. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Kim Andrei and Jericho were both attentive and warm throughout our meal. They checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the lunch even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the lunch buffet here — good food, and even better service. Kudos to the team

We recently dined at the F1 Manila Hotel restaurant and had a wonderful experience! The highlight of our meal was definitely the Kare-Kare — rich, flavorful, and served with tender meat and perfectly cooked vegetables. The Pad Thai was also a pleasant surprise — well-balanced, not too sweet, and had just the right amount of kick. Special mention to Nep and Jericho, who went above and beyond with their service. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend dropping by if you're in the area — especially if you're craving good Filipino food with a twist, and great service to match!

We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila for 3 nights, and what could’ve been a difficult experience turned into one of the most memorable stays—thanks to the incredible team at the hotel. I injured my back just after arriving (completely unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff responded was beyond expectations. They swiftly arranged an ambulance and continued to check in on us throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Ms. Ivy and the kind gentleman from security—absolute stars! They handled the emergency with such professionalism and care, and we felt genuinely looked after. Although we had to cancel our trip to Boracay, the comfort, kindness, and service at F1 Hotel more than made up for it. The food was fantastic, the water pressure in the showers was amazing, and the overall vibe of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. A solid 10/10 stay. And honestly, Ms. Ivy deserves a raise! 😄

We celebrated our 11th anniversary and chose F1 Hotel Manila for our staycation. While it seems the welcome drinks were missed (as mentioned in our confirmation), we were still warmly welcomed with a room and a lovely cake, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfy, and our kid slept through the night, a sign of a peaceful stay! Special thanks to Kim from the dining staff who took great care of us during every meal. The breakfast buffet had limited options but everything was delicious. We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but everything looked clean and cozy. Overall, a memorable stay!

We've stayed here multiple times before to celebrate special occasions, but that was prior to the pandemic. We stayed here again July 2025 to celebrate my nephew's birthday. He specifically requested for us to stay here for his birthday because he remember enjoying his previous stays at this hotel, aside from being highly accessible to Bonifacio High Street and just a short drive away from McKinley Hill. The staff were all nice, always smiling and greeting you whenever you pass by. The pool area is better now that they have a bubble machine for kids to enjoy. There are also floating inflatable toys on the pool to keep the kids and kids at heart busy and entertained. The room is cold, spacious, and comfortable. The JBL Horizon clock radio on the bedside table is a good way to enjoy music in the room. Everything we ordered at the Canary pool restaurant was delicious and of good quality. Breakfast is sufficient. Food quality is also great, especially the french pastries, legit! Kudos to all the staff for making us feel welcome, "Sir Doy" from F All Day Dining was very attentive with our needs, and made sure that we were satisfied with our breakfast. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

The food was good and the selection is decent. It was full when we arrived, the restaurant is not too big but the staff were able to give us a table. And Ray, one of the servers was helpful and attentive.

F1 has been our (my husband and I) home every time we're in Manila because the location is extremely convenient. Service here is excellent. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, although i hope they add more selections. Nep at breakfast provides excellent service. He already knows what my husband wants the moment we walk in. Doy was so attentive during our stay and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommend F1 BGC, all the staff were friendly, and with a young family felt safe and secure. Comfortable rooms, clean hotel and lovely food too.

Doy was fantastic out by the bar at night and in the morning for breakfast buffet. Staff all around have been great during check in and holding bags while island hopping. Highly recommend, for couples/families. Wifi is pretty quick too if that matters for anyone

I've been visiting the F1 hotel for about 2 weeks now and I have truly enjoyed my stay. In particular, I frequently visited the breakfast buffet where I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of helpful staff. There is one team memeber in specific Nep, who went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of. I noticed he strived to deliver this service across to all guests he attended, which is top quality service and really stands out to me! If you're looking for a good location, excellent service and a cozy environment, I would absolutely say the F1 hotel and the staff here are the choice!

The hotel is nice, in a very central location, extremely close to all of the malls. Great outdoor space for relaxing and swimming. And the staff was exceptional. My friend Nep, one of the staff here at F1, took exceptional care of me during my stay.

We stayed one night at the F1 Hotel on a return from Coron adventure. The hotel was modern and nice, room was spacious. Staff was friendly. When I first arrived, the ground entrance is basically the concierge station, the lobby is on floor 5, which was not immediately clear. Room service was fast and the meal was very tasty. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions at BGC, which is very convienent.

We had an incredible stay, thanks to the outstanding service from Nep, Doy, Kim, Ray, and Andrei! Chef Ronald, Chef Elvis and Paulo impressed us with their service too, particularly at breakfast, where the food was great and well prepared. 2nd time visiting F1, now with my family. Kids enjoyed it! They have more selections now on their breakfast meals and with Taho! Great service too, Jericho was kind enough to provide refills on our breakfast table and accommodated requests dueing breakfast! The room is also spacious, cozy, hot shower, and bidet (a must! ). We have yet to try their weekend KlayPel activities for the kids! Will definitely be back!

I want to thank NEP for his attention, smile and positive energy during breakfast serving. Various meals, fresh omelettes, juices, mellons, sweets, eggs, pancakes, croisaints, and other delicious stuff.

We really enjoyed and had an amazing stay here at F1 with Huge bed and comfortable pillow, gym pool with city view, child friendly amenities and of course good food from breakfast buffet and all day dining we did not have any bad food and kudos to the staffs for giving the best service!

I just want to commend Ray Pardinas for a great service. He is very friendly, warm, accommodating and sensitive to the customers’ needs. He is a good asset to this hotel. Hotel food is good, the ambiance is great and overall its clean and condusive.

F1 has been consistent as a very nice place to stay in the BGC area. Their location is in the heart of everything. The rooms were nice and the staff was always very responsive to your needs. Excellent place to stay in Manila. I plan to return soon and I'm looking forward to staying at F1 again.

We loved our stay at F1 Hotel. The staff were all really accommodating. I want to make a special mention to Ray for helping to organize our 17 guests every morning for breakfast and Odin's birthday cake. Also a special mention to Jefferey for also taking care of our big group for lunch and by the pool bar.

Fantastic location and great staff. Room simple but elegant . Nearly all places are walking distance even Market Market and Museum and many attraction places. This will be the place to stay especially family friendly and couples or business.

It was my first time staying at F1 hotel and my experience was nothing but pure bliss. I was very impressed with the way they run this hotel and the way it was set up. I stayed in a classic suite and it had everything that I needed. The cherry on top of this trip was the service I had at the buffet. I want to especially give a shout out to “Nep” who went above and beyond in giving us the best service we’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

Great place to stay. Very centralized to all the great food and shopping that is available. Felt safe and secure as a tourist. Ray was phenomenal always going above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of both days I had interactions with him.

Comfortable beds! The hotel is a bit dated but still cozy and comfy. Rooms are spacious. Staff were very attentive even when the hotel is swamped with guests over the holidays. Special shoutout to Sir Zaine and Sir Nep who were very efficient and accommodating. :)

High professionalism associated with an uncommon kindness. The room very comfortable. Very rich international breakfast. Added value are the 3 swimming pools, 1 of which is 25 meters. I would say excellent value for money. It is about 1 h drive from the historic center, but the neighborhood where it is located, (BGC) is very elegant

Excellent location close to BGC high street. Breakfast buffet had veru good selection for everyone. Our waiter Nep was attentive and was always very helpfull. Also had a nice outdoor patio by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Building had high security.

We came for a conference and had a nice stay. The breakfast was a nice start to the day. We had great service and Nep was fantastic. He kept checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. The check in process was simple, and the reception was easy to get a hold of when needed.

They all helped make our holiday stay in Manila truly enjoyable.

The rooms are big, breakfast is sumptuous and staffs are benchmark of hospitality. Washroom can get little spacious but room size is grandeur. Relaxing bed, ample number of pillows and house keeping is top notch. This is my sixth stay and delightful as always.

The rooms were clean when we arrived. During my stay the room services was good trash was thrown we get fresh clean towels daily. The food here at F1 was very good and the service was spectacular. Spending the Valentine's Day with friends at the F1 Hotel dinner buffet. Food was great. The buffet selections were impressive. Service was commendable. Special thanks to Fons, Neil and Doy who took care of us and was very attentive to our needs.

Hallway on 17th floor near elevator had trash piled up for the longest time. During breakfast hours, Sir Doy and Nep gave us good service during breakfast. They served us right away and gave us a heads up about last call order. The service was great and fast.

Very respectful staff. The staff at the breakfast buffet, especially Nep was responsive and accommodating. The hotel was safe and was walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and St Luke’s Medical Center was across the street. For the price it was worth it.

The breakfast spot was great. Doy was amazing. He got us what we needed and drinks even tho we could have got it ourselves. Doy always made sure we were never empty with anything. The food was always ready. Environment is great, staff is friendly

Great location and customer service. Everyone was so helpful, polite n cheerful from the guards, concierge and reception areas. Kudos to Nep, our server at the restaurant too. The location is at the heart of BGC. You can easily walk to either Uptown Mall or SM Aura/Market Market.

Facilities are clean, good food, attendants are friendly and services are excellent. Nep who serves at the buffet area is so attentive. And so are the rest of the staffs. They’re accommodating! Rooms are made daily. The staffs are friendly. Though elevators can improve a little bit. My friends are in separate floors and it’s hard to get meet and be together real quick because one’s key can only bring to your assigned floor . But all in all it was a great experience. I am having a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff are really attentive to my needs especially Nep who served me with exquisite hospitality. He is a great addition to the staff in this hotel. The hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious enough for three people. It is situated in the heart of BGC close to tons of stores and restaurants. It has been a great experience so far thanks to the staff that helped me in the best they could. Water is served instantly the moment I stepped in their restaurant with a smile on their faces.

Got the chance to celebrate my daughter’s birthday here at F1 from check-in we were happily welcomed by Clark. Our room was well prepared, complete amenities and smelled so clean hehe. I’d like to commend Ms. Allysa Rosin for taking care of our reservation making sure that everything was in place before us checking-in. Also their housekeeping for setting up our birthday surprise and making up our room on the 2nd day of our stay :) My kids enjoyed the pool area, forgot the name of the pool staff but he was glad to assist us and give out towels! My kids were grateful that they got to experience the floaters and bubbles this weekend. Had our breakfast in their restaurant, for 2days and YES! we really enjoyed the spread ESPECIALLY THE COFFEE HEHE. Excellent assistance and courteous service from Sir Nep and Liam who was constantly and consistently asking if we need anything. Thank you so much for giving us a pleasant weekend :)!

Very nice and convenient hotel in BGC. Only few minutes walk to Bonifacio High Street and just in front of The Landmark Mall. We stayed here for only one night before we head back to US. All employees were nice. From security guard, bellman, front office agents and restaurant. We had breakfast buffet and Nep from the restaurant was very helpful and attentive to the guests. His service was excellent. Hopefully we can comeback again to experience the pool!

Everytime I visit manila I book at F1 and my stay there is always pleasurable. The staff and facility are up to par . Especially Nep & Jeff always gave us the best experience everytime. This is a very nice hotel and situated well for BGC. The staff were incredibly helpful especially, Nep, Jeff, Doy and Jomarie and the omelet cooks. The gym is small, but the room AC is great. The water is hot in the morning, but it's hard to get it hot in the afternoon. We would stay again.

Stayed here a few times past 3 yrs for medical trip. It is the perfect location to St. Lukes Hospital. Security guards and the whole hotel staff are amazing and attentive. the moment you enter the front door. During breakfast, our server Nep is AWESOME!! and in the afternoon by the pool. Jeffrey is also AWESOME!! Both of whom i met 3 yrs ago on my 1st stay. I will always be an F1 guest anytime.

Great service by all staff, particularly Nep who served me a strong coffee every morning. Everyone was so happy! The hotel was clean and good food. Rooms were clean but a little run down. Could do with an upgrade in the rooms but staff did shine.

Nep’s service was flawless. Such a great energy and ambiance in the hotel and all the staff greeted me so warmly everyday. It is rare to find a hotel with staff this genuinely kind and caring! In the morning, Nep greeted me with a smile and the perfect latte! Can’t say anything better.

This is a great Hotel to stay at, very clean with a professional service by their Team. The only minor fault would be the lack of 2 towels in our room as we were a family of 4 but once we asked for more the staff offered a quick service to accommodate. Nep who was in the restaurant for breakfast always had a friendly smile on his face to greet his guest and was helpful with servicing our breakfast needs. Overall it was a fantastic stay for value and would recommend this hotel, our family really enjoyed the stay service from the staff.

The breakfast buffet is good, with some of the best service ever. The attendants are very observant and if you go back the next day, they know what you like and don’t. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fluffy pillow and soft mattress.

For our Christmas trip 2024, our family decided to stay at the Fi Hotel Manila BGC last 26 December 2024. I read about the good reviews about this hotel before and I was looking forward to finding out myself. This is my first time to stay in a hotel in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a modern urban development complex in the heart of the city of Taguig in the Philippines. The first time I stepped out of the hotel and after looking around the areas surrounding F1 Hotel, I asked myself- Is this Manila? or is this Hong Kong or Singapore? Yes, BGC looks ultra-modern and people friendly and pedestrian safe. Seeing the skyscrapers, architectural designs of the parks and gardens reminded me so much of Hong Kong and Singapore. Coming from a place where sidewalks almost disappear due to parked cars and sidewalk vendors, the wide and clean sidewalks of BGC was a very refreshing sight. These sidewalks are built for leisurely walking and jogging. Wished that the rest of Manila would be like BGC. F1 Hotel looks like a good choice for a hotel in BGC since it is situated in a strategic location where you can easily walk towards modern malls, supermarkets, and dining areas. F1 Hotel is located along 32nd Street, one of the major streets of BGC. It is just across St. Luke's Medical Center BGC and S & R Membership Shopping. Our big family group pf 9 people stayed in 3 rooms. Our room was quite big with 2 double beds, a sofa and 2 TVs. I enjoyed viewing the panoramic city landscape of BGC from our room at the 6th floor. We had no problem with the parking since F1 Hotel provided us with free basement parking, although there is also a pay parking lot located nearby. The hotel lobby is located in the 5th floor. It was clean and relaxing since seats were available, providing a panoramic BGC city view. This complimented the gentle music and air freshener, making check-in and check-out quite a breeze. The hotel guards and staff were courteous and helpful, so we really felt at home. Most of the time, were outside the hotel, exploring the sights and sounds of Christmas in BGC and I noticed that every time we went in and out, we always get kind greetings from the hotel guards. Such a kind gesture and this kept us relaxed and secure. My son and I got to walk along streets lined with skyscrapers and managed to reach BGC Uptown Mall where visitors were delighted by a fountain display complete with roaring flames. We were delighted to discover that Toys "R" Us was there so we were able to buy his Beyblade toy. Our family group had dinner from a Japanese restaurant in BGC High Street, one of the go-to places in BGC and had a fun time picture-taking and strolling the streets while mingling with other BGC visitors, enthralled with the Christmas displays, kaleidoscope of lights, and other attractions lining BGC High Street. The leisurely walks were a bit tiring but very satisfying as we had a welcome share of our "first time BGC experience". We ended our day relaxing in our comfy beds at F1 Hotel. The following morning, we also tried F1 Hotel's complementary buffet breakfast. Breakfast fare was good, warm and hearty and should satisfy the palates of Filipinos and foreign guests. Among the breakfast dishes, I give two thumbs up to their delicious "arroz caldo", a warm chicken-based rice congee which is a staple for a Filipino breakfast. Overall, our brief overnight stay at F1 Hotel was very relaxing and satisfying. Staying at F1 Hotel BGC complimented our "first-time BGC experience". For me, F1 Hotel is a gem of a hotel. We look forward to staying at F1 Hotel again in the future. Maybe we'll try their pools next time. Definitely a memorable experience. Cheers!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at F1 Hotel. From the people and services to the amenities, everything met our needs. The staff are always smiling and very thoughtful; you can feel the Filipino hospitality vibe whenever you talk to them. The food is also great. We had free breakfast as part of our booking. Though the options were limited, the food tasted extraordinary. The facilities are great, but there is room for improvement. For example, whenever we entered our room, there was an unpleasant smell, and we couldn’t identify its source. Additionally, the room and hallway were a bit dark, but the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the room amenities were complete. Room service was excellent. The pool and bar are great, accommodating people of all ages with multiple pools. Overall, this hotel is a must-visit when exploring the vibe of BGC.

Staff at both the concierge desk on the ground floor and check-in (5th floor) were very helpful and polite. Good sized room. Nicely laid out. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable, no outside noise that disrupted my night's sleep. Checkout was smooth.

Fast check-in no fuzz. Room is very spacious. Room have flat iron for your clothes, complete bathroom items including hair dryer and retractable mirror easy for doing your make-up. Most of the time it really smells good. Bedsheets smells good and clean. Staff are really friendly from door man, security people and even in the restaurant, especially Doy who was attended to my request for my breakfast to be taken-out. Food options need to improve though :) Hotel also communicate to check with you for any needs and events.

Slight issue with room on our first day but it was sorted out swiftly by the team. I had a very good and awesome during stayed everyone is very helpful Especially to FONS, he always come and served me and my husband. It was nice of him he very attentive , focus on guests satisfaction He deserved to be promoted, I definitely agreed on his service. WELLDONE FONS I also want to mention ELVIS from eggs station , he very good, every morning breakfast when he sees me straight away make the scramble egg for me and i don't need to go and order, the best thing after he cooked he will come and served. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room, with its comfy bed and fluffy pillows, was clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options for everyone. Lovely hotel in the heart of BGC in Manila. Safe enough to walk across town to shops, if you can handle the heat. Deluxe room was clean & spacious. Service was amazing, from the armed security guards who greeted & opened the door for me everytime to the attentive restaurant staff, one gentleman in particular named Nep greeted me on my first morning & then every morning of my stay, remembering my name & how I liked my coffee & fruit platter, above & beyond even on the busier days. Very grateful also to the concierge for grabbing me cabs when I needed them & for the shopping advice!

A great hotel! Centrally located in BGC next to Bonifacio High Street. Four elevators minimizes the wait. The room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way. Had a slight problem with one of the lights not working which, after a call, was promptly fixed. The breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start the day. Every morning, Mr. NEP warmly greeted me and brought a cup of coffee and plate of fruit to my table. I enjoyed the omelette station and the different selection of meats (both traditional and Filipino) and fish.

Had a memorable and comfortable stay. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff are courteous. Coffee's good and the food is varied. The pool is clean and pleasant. Location is excellent too. Will come back in the future with my family.

We stayed in F1 Hotel for a week for a training. We rented a meeting room and boy were the snacks and meals in big portions! Delish too! Package included AM snack, lunch, and PM Snack. There aren’t too many options in the breakfast buffet BUT food is good enough to fill you. Their staff, from the meeting room service, to housekeeping, to staff in the restaurant, are soo kind. They took note of my request to not touch my beddings. Special shoutout to Nep of the restaurant staff, who, each day, took note of what each of us preferred as a drink during breakfast, and always made sure we were OK while dining. This was a memorable stay. Hope we come back soon!

F1 Hotel is a good place to stay. They have very friendly staffs which assisted us in our little requests. They also have good covid handling practices, I noticed that all public areas at the property are often cleaned. Room was clean also and disinfected, we don't worry much about our stay in this time of pandemic. We will surely stay here in the future time.
