Best experience in breakfast buffet of F1 Hotel. Wait staff Liam and Nep were very solicitous. Kudos to them both.

The breakfast buffet was very pleasant. Our waiters Nep and Liam gave us the best table and were very attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our meal because of their great service.

Our stay at F1 was awesome. We stay here for a birthday celebration and the hotel surprise us with birthday cake, the staff who brought the cake sing and dance for us. It was a big big surprise.

The pool is inviting , the clear water and tranquility of the place gives you the peace your are looking inside the city.

The food is delicious specially the beef sinigang, all the food is very good.

The room is clean too.

I am here with my better half for medical reasons and have yet to complete our time here at F1 Hotel Manila, and we have been nothing but pleased with our experience here. The staff have been so courteous and helpful to us, given the circumstances of our reason being in the PI. Most especially our hosts Nep and Jeffrey. They have been so outstanding and wonderful with us. Always willing to answer whatever questions we had. Outstanding job Nep and Jeffrey on such exceptional service! We highly suggest F1 Hotel Manila for your needs.

The breakfast buffet was good, lots of selections daily, we stay for 10 days and everyday the food selection changed keeping it suspenseful wondering what will be on todays menu. the service overall was great from the smiles to the greeting once you enter the hotel the guards, and concierge team are happy to assist you, but one person that stood out and left a lasting impression was Nep from the restaurant, his attention to details making sure we had drinks, refilling and providing the basics of necessities without asking, he has mastered the art of customer service, exception and F1 hotel has a gem of an employee.

A very well run hotel with excellent staff. Its location means its great value for money. The hotel was clean and tidy. There is something for everyone in their breakfast spread.

It was an exemptional experience. We were welcome with warm friendly smiles.
Everyone here are friendly, from security guards, front desk, F&B personnel, to cleaners. We were amaze with their highest level of service. Kudos to amazing F&B staff especially "Nep" who amhave shown a personal touch to my family. He has shown an extra mile by remembering his every guest and expressing his warm friendly service. The breakfast buffet was great. Andrei was very attentive in making sure a table was available for me and my family. He also made sure my coffee was always refilled. He is very friendly and kind. Thank you for all your efforts, Andrei. It didn’t go unnoticed.

My family and I stayed at F1 Hotel BGC to celebrate the New Year since my brother had just arrived home from London. We had a great experience, especially at their restaurant, where we were very well accommodated by Liam. He was very patient and magalang, especially since we had a senior citizen with us and often made requests for our mother’s needs. Kudos to F1 Hotel for having such a great crew.
